View Legal Notice and Terms & Conditions Retailer Online is the UK site of the e-Commerce and Retail Trade project, run by ZBB, the retail training organisation in Berlin, in conjunction with other retailing training organisations in Europe, and funded by the European Union's Leonardo II programme.

This is your gateway to a series of e-Learning modules developed specifically for independent retailers wishing to go on line and enter e-Commerce, in other words open a "web shop", "online shop" or other website on which customers would be able to view your merchandise, select, order and make payment.  Even if you already have some form of website, you should find information that will help you improve its effectiveness.

There are five self-study learning modules: Introduction, Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Service and Management of e-Commerce.
